G&G Enterprises was awarded the contract to reconstruct the complete interior of Little Cypress Elementary School after it was destroyed by Hurricane Harvey. When G&G was awarded the contract in February of this year, the building had interior studs but all flooring, sheetrock, millwork and restrooms had been removed. You could stand outside the front of the building and look through the windows and see all the way to the back. G&G got in there quickly and got supplies ordered and delivered in a time where the entire area was needing construction supplies for hurricane reconstruction. The first piece of sheetrock was installed on February 19, 2018 and yet, we were able to start school in that facility in a little over six months on August 27, 2018 with all walls, including sheetrock and tile flooring, millwork and restrooms restored. This quick turnaround even included some HVAC work that we asked to be done in addition to the hurricane reconstruction that caused about a month delay. The campus looks great, and the quality of work performed is outstanding.
Colin Garrett and his staff were very professional and easy to work with throughout this entire process. I recommend that you consider G&G for your next construction project.

Our school district has contracted with G&G Enterprises on several occasions. Projects range from the construction of a small parking lot to concession stands and restrooms at Dan R. Hooks Stadium to a 35,000 sq. ft. addition at WO-S Middle School. As Director of Maintenance, I worked closely with Mr. Garrett and his team on these projects. The scope of work varied considerably and involved the coordination of multiple trades and vendors, which Mr. Garrett handled in an excellent manner. The folks at G&G were knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. They were passionate about keeping costs down and completing the work on time. At no time was our district's leadership team at a loss for information or regular status updates. Our staff and students have thoroughly enjoyed using the facilities G&G Enterprises built for them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other school districts in our area.

I would like to offer an endorsement of G&G Enterprises for commercial construction and building projects in the Beaumont area as well as any other location. G & G did an extensive rebuilding project at our church back in 2010 as we completed a recovery from hurricane damage associated with Hurricane Ike in 2008. The project included a rebuilding and renovation of both our church and office buildings.
I found G & G to be a very cooperative firm to work with. They were very accommodating and handled the entire project in a courteous and professional manner. The project was completed on time and within budget. It was a pleasure using G & G as a contractor, and we have been very satisfied with the long-term quality of their work.

I have had several opportunities to work with G&G Enterprise's Colin Garrett, President, gives his full attention to each project as well as Richard Gould, Project Manager. Both of these men know and perform the concept “Customers First” on each job.
In working as a project manager for the school districts that have hired G&G as the construction contractor I have noticed several positive qualities that they have applied to each project. They review carefully the drawings for the project and discuss fully with the owner so they can provide quality work. Each project is supervised carefully to ensure the owner get exactly what they are requesting. Finally and maybe the best, they know how to do what it takes to satisfy the owner.
I can testify to the type of work this construction company exhibits. If you are contemplating a construction project I recommend that you look very strongly at this company and give them the opportunity to show you what they can do for you.
