Office Administrator Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Office Administrator will perform various administrative, clerical, and coordination functions. This position requires a highly detail-oriented, diligent, and proactive individual. Reports to Director of Human Resources.


  • Open/Close Office
  • Meet and greet visitors while providing a positive in-office experience.
  • Maintain scheduling and Outlook calendars and coordinate meetings or events, including arranging/setting up necessary meeting invitations, Teams or call-in details, video teleconference equipment, or catering.
  • Order office supplies, or other materials to ensure the company area is orderly and well stocked.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail, deliveries, and manage outgoing mail.
  • Ensure a clean, organized office environment.
  • Assist the accounting department with invoicing and record-keeping.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive material, including assisting in human resource and safety information.
  • Take on additional duties and special projects as assigned.


  • Experience in clerical support position is a plus
  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Business or related field preferred, not required
  • Excellent people skills, including awareness of confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask


  • 40 hours per week, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Friday
