Front Desk Receptionist Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate team members, as well as additional clerical duties. Reports to HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Open/Close Office
  • Coordinate and schedule the retrieval of payments from Subcontractors, Employees, etc.
  • Answer and direct all incoming telephone calls to appropriate team members
  • Coordinate Festive Office Décor
  • Meet and greet visitors while providing a positive in-office experience
  • Receive and sort incoming mail, deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
  • Ensure a clean, organized office environment
  • Take on additional duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Experience in clerical support position is a plus
  • Excellent people skills, including awareness of confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Experience in multi-line telephone systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask

Schedule:

  • Max 25 hours per week; Shifts are 8:00 am – 12:30 pm or 12:30 pm – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday
