Construction Intern

Reports to:

• Project Manager/VP of Operations

Responsibilities:

• Assists Superintendent with subcontractor coordination, safety, and quality management, and jobsite reporting and controls
  • Provide daily progress reports through RedTeam Construction Management Software
• Participate in all aspects of the project-specific safety plan and culture
  • Conduct weekly job Safety Observations within SiteDocs Safety Management Program
• Become familiarized with G&G best practices and operational processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Current student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Construction Science/Management
  from an accredited university
• Previous industry internship/work experiences a plus
• Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week for the duration of the 10-week construction internship
  program
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong positive attitude, ability to follow direction, take initiative, display desire to learn

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week for 10 weeks, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Friday
