Assistant Superintendent Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Assistant Superintendent provides assistance to the on-site project Superintendent.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Superintendent with daily schedule monitoring
  • Assist Superintendent with managing and coordinating laydown, deliveries, notification of, planning
  • Assist with communicating with Marketing/Community Relations on upcoming Social Media opportunities
  • Assist Safety and Superintendent with jobsite Safety
  • Ensure jobsite cleanliness

Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of experience in the construction industry preferred
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiar with RedTeam Construction Management Software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to provide quality results in all types of building construction – we work in all industries

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Friday
