G&G Enterprises' Team Approach to Quality

Natasha Garrett, CEO

Natasha Garrett holds the position of Chief Executive Officer for G&G Enterprises; a position she has held since 2011. She is responsible for all new business development, managing the day to day operations of the company and overseeing the marketing and finance departments. She is very involved in community events, networking and event planning for company representation.

Mrs. Garrett earned her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Education with an emphasis in Leadership Education from Texas A&M University in 2001.

Mrs. Garrett serves in several organizations, including, Rotary Club of Orange, Better Business Bureau of Southeast Texas Board, Southeast Texas Nonprofit Development Center Board, and Greater Port Arthur Chamber events. She is also a member of the Greater Orange Area Chamber of Commerce and post board member, a member of Greater Beaumont Area Chamber of Commerce and board member, a member of the Associated General Contractors, Symphony League of Beaumont Member and is Executive Director for BNI Texas Greater Golden Triangle, a referral organization. Mrs. Garrett is also involved in numerous charitable organizations.

Natasha Garrett, CEO

Natasha Garrett holds the position of Chief Executive Officer for G&G Enterprises; a position she has held since 2011. Colin Garrett, President & COO

Colin, a second-generation leader of G&G Enterprises, holds the positions of President & COO. His commitment to leading G&G into the next generation is a testament to his deep-rooted connection to the company. Having grown up deeply immersed in the construction industry, Colin’s lifelong dedication and practiced leadership skills have allowed him to cultivate a company that has grown responsibly and significantly year-over-year since he and Natasha, G&G’s CEO, took the helm in 2005. With more than 25 years of construction experience, his leadership is focused on developing and delivering quality-driven services while providing outstanding client service and maintaining a high code of conduct with uncompromising values. Since Colin became President in 2005, G&G has grown from a $3M revenue and 3-employee company to $100M+ revenue with more than 70 employees.

As President and COO, Colin plays a pivotal role in overseeing G&G’s Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Risk Management, and Pre-Construction services departments. He also works with the CEO and CFO on strategic lead assessments and the Leadership Team on developing and executing strategic planning to continue G&G’s success.

Colin earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.

An innovative problem-solver by nature, he is passionate about finding new ways to navigate a constantly changing landscape.

Colin proudly calls Southeast Texas home with his wife Natasha and three children. As President and COO, he looks forward to leading G&G into its bright future, building upon the foundation his father, John Garrett, started in 1986.

Company History

G&G Enterprises was established as a Subchapter S corporation in 1986. Throughout the next three decades, G&G Enterprises has experienced continued growth in knowledge, expertise, community awareness and clarity of markets, insuring that our customers get the best service available.

G&G Enterprises completed all necessary requirements to be classified as a HUB (Woman Owned Business) in 2014.

G&G Enterprises holds a reputation with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors as being fair, honest, prompt, learned and driven by quality and safety. G&G Enterprises prides itself on being the most competitive general contractor in terms of sub-contractor pricing, contract negotiation and professional relationships.

G&G Enterprises was awarded the Greater Beaumont Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year in 2019.

Natasha and Colin were awarded the Sales and Marketing Club of Southeast Texas Executives of the Year for 2019.
